This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: - Retail management experience - The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. - A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team. - Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. - Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
