**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine recipes and menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare and cook dishes with precision and oversee kitchen operations to maintain consistency and quality.
- Monitor inventory, manage food costs, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene regulations and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular equipment inspections.
- Continually liaising with our executive chef to make necessary adjustments to ensure we maintain the highest standards.
