Accounts & Shipping Officer

**What’s the role?**
There is now an exciting opportunity for an Accounts & Shipping Officer to join the Commercial Services team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Accounts & Shipping Officer is responsible for ensuring that Customers confirmed dispatch dates are achieved and that all reasonable steps are taken to reduce the risk of late or delayed delivery.
**What we’re looking for?**
- Debtors and general bookkeeping experience is highly advantageous;
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills;
- High-level written and spoken communication, influencing / negotiation and motivational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment;
- Intermediate to advanced IT proficiency; and
- Experience in the use of an
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desired but not essential.
