The Opportunity

As a Marketing Manager at Dexus, you will make an impact by maximising the value of both Gasworks and Brickworks through creating, implementing, and managing strategic marketing initiatives which drive the centre traffic, sales performance and market share.

This 12-month fixed term contract will see you work between both centres, delivering the annual marketing plan and ensuring synergy with the centre’s strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of both centre’s key issues, competitor activity, trade area demographics and trading patterns
- Manage all aspects of the centre’s brand including communications and presentation of the brand in-centre, online and through all marketing touch points
- Own the marketing budget and delivery of financial reports as per the marketing deliverables calendar
- Become involved in local community activities and encourage relevant community groups to use the centre as a place to conduct events or participate in centre organised programs.

About You

Along with your qualifications and demonstrated experience in marketing, communications or similar, you will thrive in a team environment but also be able to work independently and with initiative.
- Proven ability to plan and implement marketing/communication strategies and programs to drive customer traffic, maximise sales and market share
- Demonstrated ability to Manage marketing finances including raising and tracking POs and spend, month end, reforecasting and budgeting
- Shopping centre, retail or property industry experience is highly regarded
- Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships
- Work professionally, positively, and cooperatively as part of Dexus, and model the values of Integrity; Empowerment; and Openness and Trust
