**Role and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Client Service Coordinator Team Lead, the Client Service Assistant is responsible for consistently and competently complete a range of regular tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Timesheet follow-up and data entry
- Rounds & banking
- Outgoing mail
- Filing, scanning, binding, laminating
- Reception relief (breaks & lunch)
- Opening, sorting & distributing incoming mail
- Stationery ordering
- Distribution of paper, milk, fruit & soft drinks
- Events assistance (ad hoc)
- Client & Staff gifts (ad hoc)
- Perform tasks with a positive outlook and identify where additional help can be offered
