Service NSW is seeking people who love helping others to join our casual Digital Service Representative relief pool, Newcastle & Lake Macquarie Region. The casual relief pool supports our Service Centre teams, the front door of NSW Government, where we provide face to face services.
As the face of our Service Centres, you will bring with you high energy, great communication skills and a willingness to be part of a fast-paced customer centric team. Your drive to help others and working well as part of a larger team will be what sets you apart from the pack.
This recruitment will be used to fill current vacancies and to create a Talent Pool for opportunities that arise over the next 18 months.

- Hourly rate** **starting at $30.72 p/hr [plus casual loading/s in accordance with the Service NSW (Salaries and Conditions) Employees Award 2021]. This rate excludes any applicable superannuation payment.
- These casual appointments will be utilised to meet business needs across the following Service Centre locations within the **_‘_**_Newcastle & Lake Macquarie_**_’_**_: _Newcastle, Maitland, Nelson Bay, Cessnock, Raymond Terrace, Toronto, Wallsend and Warners Bay_
- Specified hours of work per week or applicable location(s), within the abovementioned region, will vary in response to meeting customer and business demands.
- You may be called on to perform work within the region from Monday - Friday 6:30 am -7:30pm and Saturday 7:30am - 3:30pm
- All successful applicants will be required to attend a 2 week block of training. This training will be held on Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 5:00pm (70 hours in total) and you will be paid for this time at the applicable casual rate and inclusive of any other applicable Award entitlements.
