Job Objective:
As the Public Relations Manager EU, you will play a key role in the growth and enablement of our Australian clients market entry into the European Union. You will be utilising your broad knowledge and experience of Public Relations and Marketing to shape the future of Thinkroom’s clients. You will build campaigns, whilst supporting performance-driven outcomes for clients to maximise ROI. You will work closely with the Thinkroom Directors and liaise with clients regularly. You will lead the end-to-end management, recruitment, onboarding and enablement process to deliver the European strategy. The role will be responsible for establishing trusted relationships, representing the brand and agency business in a highly professional manner, negotiating agreements, enabling

the supporting system through online tools and CRM, and then training and onboarding the client’s staff. In order to stimulate skill development and learning you will also be responsible for running programs and maintaining continuous engagement with the team on insights and industry news. You will plan, design and coordinate information education sessions for the team and clients on a weekly basis, and also lead any industry events that the business may participate in from time to time. You will maintain and manage client relationships that are predominantly European Market-driven, with the required multilingual language skills - English, Dutch, French and German. You will plan, develop, implement and evaluate information, Marketing and Communication strategies that create an understanding and a favourable view of organisations, their products and services, and their role in the community.

Job Tasks and Duties:

- Planning, developing and implementing PR.
- Strategies focusing on the European market in various languages.
- Overseeing campaign rollouts, budgets, hours and workloads.
- Develop a strong understanding of our client’s.
- Businesses and their challenges.
- Launch of new accounts and client campaigns, including strategy and research.
- Supporting initiatives from the Business.
- Development Manager with presentation preparation, insights and analysis.
- Performing day-to-day operational support for campaigns for various clients of various sizes across multiple sectors of B2B and B2C.
- Participating in projects as required or deemed necessary by Thinkroom Management.
- Maintaining and update information on the organisation’s and client’s websites.
- Set up client social media accounts.
- Managing and updating information and engaging with European users on social media sites such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, & YouTube in the languages of English, Dutch, French and German.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
