**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate audit engagements from planning to completion
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients
- Identify areas of improvement in clients' business operations and accounting procedures
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Communicate results and provide recommendations to clients

**Requirements**:

- Fully qualified CA/equivalent qualification
- Solid understanding of audit standards and practices
- At least 3 years' experience in audit
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel when required
