We're looking for a Director of Service for our** Cheltenham** program to help create an environment where kids can truly flourish**.**

**The Director of Service Role**:
This permanent part-time position comes with a dash of flexibility around your admin hours
Kick off with a **5-week induction program** that sets you up for success. You’ll receive incredible support from a mentor and our regional manager to ensure you shine

- Keeping compliance and medical documentation in check like a pro.
- Being the ultimate connector between TeamKids and your school community

**Service Hours**: After School Care Only, from **3:30 PM to 6:00 PM** (plus admin hours)

We’re looking for someone who:

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a big kid at heart
- Communicates like a superstar, whether chatting with a prep student, a parent, or the school principal.
- Is a natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- Has a keen eye for detail and loves leading a team.
- Is genuinely interested in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
- Is energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to bring the FUN

**Qualifications**: Diploma Qualified with an ACECQA approved ELC qualification (Teaching Degrees, Early Childhood Education). For more info, visit ACECQA.
