We are looking for passionate and energetic Educators to join our team at Our Lady of Assumption OSHClub in Cheltenham. Offering 12:00 Hours Per Week, you will work across our Before and After School Care shifts.
After School Care ( Stay and Play Program ) - Monday to Friday; 03:00 PM - 06:00 PM You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids. Strong and clear communication. Team player with a desire to become a service leader. Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children. Australian work rights.
