Welcoming your knowledge and experience, you will provide leadership to the team and are responsible for all aspects of workforce management. You will also negotiate with contractors for a wide range of services. You'll be backed by a highly skilled and committed leadership team in Victoria.
This permanent, part-time management opportunity offers you great work life balance with the opportunity to work within school hours from 9 AM to 2.30 PM, Monday to Friday.

- Qualifications in management or equivalent;
- Experience in sales, marketing and/or communications is a benefit, however, not essential;

Importantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of: Unconditional Love, Continual Innovation, Mutual Trust, Wise Stewardship and Safety.
- Under Churches of Christ policy and/or the applicable public health directions, team members are required to be vaccinated for Covid-19. As part of the recruitment processes we ask that you provide evidence that your vaccination meets the requirements of Churches of Christ policy or the applicable public health direction._
