Are you a go-getter with a passion for great food and drink? Do you love connecting with people, building strong relationships, and making things happen? RealChai is looking for a part-time Sales Manager to join our team in Canberra

We’re a small family company with a loyal following and an amazing product that customers love. Now we’re looking to grow—and that’s where you come in.

What we’re looking for:

- Sales experience with a strong performance track record
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs, with solid reporting and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and proactive - someone who can hit the ground running
- A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry
- Existing contacts in cafes, hospitality, or food distribution (interstate contacts a big plus)
- Barista experience is a huge bonus - so you can jump behind the coffee machine and assist with training and quality control
- Experience in corporate sales is also a great advantage

About the role:

- Part-time: 3 days a week (15-20 hours)
- $40+/hour, depending on experience
- Focused on growing our presence in Canberra and beyond
- Building and managing relationships with cafes, stockists, distributors, and corporate clients
- Flexible working hours - might suit a parent looking for work-life balance

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
