We are in the market for a Part time Payroll officer to join the team on a permanent basis, seeking a detail-orientated individual to play a vital role in our payroll operations, ensuring precise and prompt processing of the company’s payroll in Australia, New Zealand..

Based at Ingleburn and reporting to the Group payroll manager, the primary objective of this role is responsible to support all sites payroll processing and management of high-volume end to end payroll with multi payrolls over various pay cycles along with the opportunity to gain some exposure to HR.

**What you need to succeed**

You will need previous Payroll experience and having worked with a timesheet + exposure to Mircopay would be an advantage, Exceptional numerical skills, attention to details, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong drive to optimise payroll operations.
- Manage the time and attendance system for operational staff.
- Maintain compliance with payroll related statutory and legislative requirements.
- Maintain the integrity of the payroll system including record management.
- Ad hoc filing or administrative duties as requested.
- Flexible in hours and additional days to support Payroll, comfortable working across multiple time zones to support global payroll operations effectively.
