Human Listening is our AI-powered insights platform, a game changer in the B2B research technology arena. Our clients use our Human Insights platform to run their insights programs from end-to-end. The Human Listening platform and Conversational AI are the key areas of focus for our marketing efforts.
The Role
We are looking for flight control for customised platform management, making sure they are delivered on time and to spec. Identifying objectives, key resources and potential blockers is key.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Setting clear direction for the developer team based on the specification and the objectives of the engagement
Briefing developers and technical services resources on projects and tasks using Jira and Confluence.
Communicating with stakeholders
Removing blockers / impediments to the work
Identifying if projects are heading off track and taking the appropriate action as a result
Working with senior management on prioritisation
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role you could have a varied background of skills and expertise, however, you will have an interest in technical systems or processes, or you come from a technical support background. You are looking to broaden your skillset and see this role as the opportunity to manage your project management skills further, working as the bridge between our internal stakeholders and our development team
You will have experience of knowledge of technical services and support, as well as project management, clear communication skills, desire and ability to engage with stakeholders, problem solving approach, ability to work collaboratively, proactive nature and organised attitude will be what drives your success. Very good triage & cause analysis experience for a substantial system would be of beneficial
Who you’ll work with
You’ll work directly within the Technical Services team, answering to the Head of Technical Services. You will also collaborate daily with our Client Services Development team, Product team and Consulting teams to ensure the successful delivery of client objectives
