**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Performance & Planning Lead to join the Insurance Services team based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

As a Performance & Planning Lead you will provide advice, communicate and consult on a broad range of strategy and initiatives to encourage performance improvement through innovation.

This role will support the execution and delivery of strategy and support business as usual through data evaluation and visualisation, performance monitoring and benchmarking, insights and recommendations. Working with a variety of stakeholders from across the enterprise, as well as external entities, this role supports initiatives and delivers outcomes to achieve strategic objectives over the short-term and longer-term; including driving simplification, efficiency, and automation to enable sustainable growth and scale, whilst improving customer experience.

**This role is available as a permanent/ full-time opportunity.**

We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend the office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- RG146 superannuation or equivalent.
- Strong experience in facilitating & presenting outcomes through effective stakeholder management and relationships.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills evidenced through ability to describe relationships between strategic and operational elements.
- High degree of business acumen, with the ability to interpret requirements and deliver within a changing environment.
- Ability/experience in working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- High level communication skills (written and verbal) demonstrated through ability to translate technical concepts for targeted audiences.
