Excellent opportunity is now available for a motivated enthusiastic person to join our growing business located in Campbellfield.
- Extensive experience in Bookkeeping.
- Advance XERO skills (minimum 2 years experience).
- Experience in Payroll Processing (DEPUTY), including preparation of Superannuation, PAYG and Payroll Tax.
- Experience in Cashflow reports.
- Experience in preparing company BAS.
- Experience in job costing.
- Ability to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Ability in Debtor and Creditor invoicing.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger, LIGHTYEAR for payables.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience Month End and FY End processes and reports.
- Meticulous with paperwork and attention to detail and communication.
The role being offered is for 3 days per week. The successful applicant will be reporting to the General Manager.
**Job Type**: Part-time
