The Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment within SME&C is at the leading edge of growth and transformation. It’s a tremendous growth engine for the company dedicated to bringing the Microsoft cloud to millions of SMB customers worldwide through scalable routes to market, growing revenue, market share and net new customers while enabling a high level of customer and partner experience.

This role can be based out of multiple locations in Asia.

**Responsibilities**:
As a SMB Business Leader, you will be accountable to the AI Business Solution business goals of Microsoft’s SMB business and be the SMB customer advocate across the organization. This requires continuous innovation and evolution of the sales execution strategy, while remaining centered on the customer. To be successful, you must have a deep understanding of the local market, customer acquisition and growth engines across core Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Copilot products and the respective routes to market. You will drive SMB AI Business Solution strategy alignment across all sales engines through the development of a holistic sales target attainment plan and ensure continuous execution with the right level of investments to address customer needs and accelerate their digital transformation.

This opportunity will allow you to develop deep stakeholder management, business strategy acumen, and sales leadership skills, as you will lead an AI Business Solution sales organization and work with key business partners from the partner, products and services, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure teams are working together to achieve AI Business Solution targets across sales engines.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum required qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 6+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical), Business Management, Economics, or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations
- OR equivalent experience
- 7+ years direct/formal, indirect/informal, and/or project team people management experience
