Allied Health 2U is seeking a receptionist to join their team on a full time basis

We are a growing rehabilitation organisation providing services to aged care and people with disabilities. Our team is made up of long-standing dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping people.

We seek an Administration and accounts Assistant who will provide key support to our team and clients. Your main roles would be working closely with the Case Manager; to ensure smooth running of daily activities, and accounts receivable.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Manage requests, concerns and enquiries
- Ability to maintain confidentiality across all facets of the working environment
- Complete weekly billing for all participants
- End to End Accounts Receivable function
- Following up on overdue accounts
- Streamlining daily activities.

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel),
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment & independently (as required)
- Commitment to providing a client focused service in a timely, consistent, co-ordinated and flexible manner
- Experience with the NDIS and Quality System Management/audit process would be viewed very favourable
- Current Drivers License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory in this role.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
