Your new company Our client is Australia’s largest integrated provider of import and export logistics services. They are seeking a licensed Customs Broker to join their team in Minto which will be relocating to Moorebank in coming months for a full time permanent position reporting to the Customs Manager.

Your new role
- Lodging customs declarations for allocated clients with strong attention to detail.
- Prepare, Check and Lodge Customs entries accurately in a timely manner.
- Follow up with Quarantine and Import Food processing when required.
- Ensure smooth and efficient flow of work relating to customs jobs, follow company SOP and policy and meet KPI.
- Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to the Classifier/Compilers.
- Handle all other Customs functions such as auditing, refund, drawback, TA and TC etc.
- Attend to client’s Quarantine query and provide professional advice and assistance.

What you'll need to succeed
- You have current Customs Broker license and quarantine accreditation.
- Applicants undertaking the Customs Broker course are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Expedient system is preferred, but not compulsory.
- You have a mature approach to your work and good team spirit.
- You have a strong commitment to job and good work ethic.
- You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- You will have strong attention to detail.
- You have excellent computer skills.
