Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Import Declarations for our freight forwarding clients in a timely manner
  • Ensure smooth workflow and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent service standards with all stakeholders
  • Provide guidance to compilers as needed
  • Classify import and export goods
  • Assist with Customs and DAFF clearances
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Current Australian Customs Brokers Licence
  • Current AEP accreditation with DAFF
  • Strong understanding of customs procedures and compliance requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Customs Tariff
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team connections
  • Customer service excellence
  • Strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach with solid work ethic
  • Reliability and professional accountability
Preferred Experience:
  • Air and Ocean Freight experience
  • Invoicing and financial experience
  • Experience with Expedient and CargoWise Next systems
