**The role**:
Your primary role will be to coordinate and lead site based operations, working closely with front line labour, our Superintendent and the client.

**Your impact**:
Your presence will help site based trades work safely and efficiently, to deliver key pieces of civil / infrastructure works across Melbourne and wider Victoria.

**Your every day**:

- Successfully manage the program, budgets and quality assurance of all projects to ensure a high-quality project is delivered.
- Constantly build strong client relationships that position Grampians for repeat work.
- Manage site safety and environmental compliance on the project.
- Be the focal point for all trades and labour in your area

**Who are you?**
- 7+ years relevant civil construction experience
- Relevant experience in delivering projects in excess of $5 million and leading large teams under a range of contract models.
- Strong communication and management skills
- A proven track record in delivering complete contract scope on safe, under budget, on time and a quality product
