**About the opportunity**
We have opportunities for dedicated and driven Site Supervisors to join our team working on projects across all of Melbourne due to a consistently growing pipeline of work.

Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the safe, successful and high-quality delivery of your assigned projects, on time and on budget.

Your key duties include but are not limited to:

- Plan and manage the overall allocation of plant, materials and human resources, to meet key project timelines for assigned projects;
- Liaise with all subcontractors and ensure completed works meet the required specifications;
- Ensure that workers adhere to Rokon safety policies and procedures at all times;
- Review budgets and KPI’s for allocated projects monthly and flag any issues with Area Manager and Project Engineer/ Manager;
- Participate in or conduct site audits, client meetings, sign-offs, safety inspections and other requirements, at appropriate stages for each project; and
- Ensure project documentation and administration is completed as required.

**About you**
You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in civil construction environments in a supervisory capacity, with a focus on roads, residential and industrial subdivision works.

You are an organised and capable people person with high professional standards and the interpersonal communication and negotiation skills and ensure works are completed the right way, first time, every time. You will be focused on health and safety and enjoy exceeding productivity, budget and quality targets.
