SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN

Blue Peak Constructions is seeking a supervisor/foreman to join our dynamic, friendly team. We complete Civil construction projects for councils in the South Eastern Suburbs, mainly involving street reconstructions, drainage and concrete/asphalt works.

This role is hands-on, working within a crew of 3 or 4 people. As the successful applicant, your responsibilities will include:

- Daily record keeping
- Leading and directing your team to complete assigned tasks for the day
- Reporting to Project Manager
- Manual tasks as required
- Ordering of materials and supplies
- Maintaining professional approaches to all tasks
- Operate and control the work site within company OH&S guidelines
- Secure site including site safety and end of day
- Drive work vehicles and trucks
- High attention to detail and finishes

You will have demonstrated hands-on experience in general civil construction including:

- Concreting (K&Ch experience highly regarded)
- Pipe laying
- Asphalt
- Drainage

Experience working for councils is highly regarded.

You will be self-motivated, hardworking, thorough and enthusiastic. 3+ years experience in a similar role is required. Machinery or other tickets will also be highly regarded.

An attractive remuneration package + super + bonus is on offer to secure the right person for this important role. The package will also include a new company car and phone allowance.

**Salary**: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
