**The role**
- Develop and Set policy and guidelines for delivering commercial and cost effective procuring process for the business.
- Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
- Implement change and develop new processes to better procure goods and services.
- Ensure continuous improvement of procurement process as the business continues to grow and evolve.
- Motivate and build a successful, cohesive team by leading from the front and inspiring a winning attitude amongst the team.
- Facilitate and encourage communication within and between teams, maintain good stakeholder relations.
- Perform all procurement and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and preparation of contracts.
- Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring effective communication between the team and all levels of management.
- Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for money.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain best price and service.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities to achieve financial goals.
- Analyse market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.
- Safely conduct an assessment of returned products and determine whether products can be safety returned to circulation or if parts should be harvested for sale.
- Ensure the implementation of WHS policies and directives to protect staff health and safety in the workplace
- Regularly report to management on team progress against KPIs and targets.

**About you**
- ** Must be able to speak Mandarin**:

- Background in Procurement Management is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Experience in developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

**Attractive salary $110,000 + Super**
