We have a great Monday to Friday opportunity, in a fast paced contact centre based in North Ryde (Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 from home), where you get to not only work with a dynamic team but also bring your dog to work

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and driven, customer service officer to work in a busy Customer Service Call Centre full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Based in North Ryde, with an opportunity to work from home two days per week. we have an opportunity for a customer service/contact centre superstar, looking to join a tight knit, pet passionate team. You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have great office skills.

This role will suit someone with call centre experience, (preferably with finance/insurance experience) who has a passion for numbers and is looking for a fantastic work environment.

The role includes (but is not limited to):
Making outbound calls to existing clients to process membership renewals and recover missed membership payments;
Handle client disputes and complaints per the values of the company and terms and conditions of the membership;
Process membership updates as required such as updating banking details, payment schedules and cancellations
Record all communication and actions performed accurately and thoroughly
Perform daily administration tasks and achieve KPIs outlined by the team leader

What do we need?

Exceptional eye for detail as this role requires processing clients bank details and sensitive information
Proven work experience within the finance or insurance industry will be highly regarded
A positive attitude and exceptional work ethic;
A love of animals
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
An excellent customer-centric focus;
Good time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and within a team;
The ability to problem solve;
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in a contact centre environment, or with practice management software, would be highly regarded
