We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Promotional Co-ordinator to work in a fast-paced retail Support Office in North Ryde. As part of the Pricing and Promotions team and reporting to the Promotions Manager this role will give you all the career exposure you need to kick start or accelerate your operations career.
Working as part of the Pricing and Promotions team you will be responsible for supporting Category Managers in pursuit of promotional effectiveness.
You need to have the attitude that no job is too big or too small with a hands-on approach to all you do.
Key tasks include: (but are not limited to):
Coordination of work relating to instore promotions with team members from various internal departments
Responsible for maintaining and entering data for all category promotions
Ensure data integrity is upheld
Creating and signing off on promotional ticketing
Assisting in managing claims and supplier funding
Checking and collation of promotional data once sign off is complete. Maintenance of promo sheets, including actioning and communicating changes and ensuring sign off has been obtained
Responsible for communicating instore promotion information to stores on a weekly basis
What are we looking for?
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Be highly organised and able to run multiple projects at once, great time management skills
Intermediate computer skills with all Microsoft products
Strong data entry, administration experience in a fast-paced environment will e highly regarded
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be a true team player, willing to learn, work together and build strong relationships across all internal teams
Someone with a love for animals
