You’re a confident, warm and organised person who knows how to make patients feel welcome from the moment they walk in.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and have the clinical knowledge to support dentists during complex procedures.
Most importantly - you care about patients, about your work, and about the team you’re part of.

**To shine in this role, you will have**:

- Retail or Hospitality experience
- Sound knowledge of dental procedures, infection control, and patient communication
- A genuine love for helping people and making them smile
- The ability to stay calm, professional, and positive - even on the busiest days

**Your Day Could Include**:

- Assisting with surgical, restorative, and cosmetic procedures
- Greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling accounts
- Maintaining impeccable infection control and sterilisation processes
- Ensuring the front desk runs smoothly while supporting the clinical team
- Sharing a laugh in the lunchroom while celebrating team wins
