Warehouse Supervisor

Australian Workforce is a leading national recruitment company. We are looking for **Warehouse Supervisor in Belmont Western Australia **to start Immediately.

Working hours**:Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring equipment is presentable and fit for hire.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating and maintaining fleet and equipment.
- Manage the preparation and completion of orders for delivery and pickup according to schedule.
- Check orders in and out and take payment from dry hire customers
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as required
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilization

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Hold valid drivers license (MR/HR preferred but not essential)
- Hold Valid High Risk - Forklift
- Have supervisory experience
- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to motivate / enthuse the warehouse staff when required.
- Has the ability to fit into the team environment, but also can manage staff.
- Has ideas and willing to implement process as they see fit.
- Affective Record keeping skills
- Software Savvy - will provide training with dedicated programs
