**About the role**

This new opportunity drives the hands-on delivery and transition to the new Aged Care Act and associated reforms. Focusing on translating strategic plans into on-the-ground actions, developing practical tools and coordinating implementation activities, this role will support stakeholder engagement and ensuring readiness for compliance requirements. With a focus on execution, this position plays a critical role in ensuring operational teams are equipped, informed, and supported to embed legislative changes into everyday practice.

**About you**
- Ideally tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated project coordination and support experience
- Excellent organisational skills managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and communicate clearly
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, influencing and support experience though periods of significant change
- Strong MS Office Suite skills, the ability to quickly learn online platforms and systems
- Excellent project mapping, documentation, monitoring and reporting skills with accuracy and timeliness
- Strong ability to operate independently, with self-motivation, drive and initiative
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months)
