We’re searching for a **Bridal Marketing Coordinator** — a creative thinker, storyteller, and doer — to help us share the _AFTER FIVE_ experience with the world. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, aesthetics, and social media, and who thrives in a small, dynamic team where no two days look the same.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who’s ready to grow with us and help take _AFTER FIVE_ to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and more — from planning to posting.
- Concept, coordinate, and capture behind-the-scenes magic at fittings, events, and photo shoots.
- Write beautiful, on-brand captions, articles, and marketing copy that tell our story.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, venues, and vendors to create inspiring campaigns.
- Manage our website and digital marketing — updating products, creating descriptions, and supporting SEO.
- Assist with paid advertising across Meta and Google, using data to guide decision-making.
- Monitor analytics and report on content performance — celebrating wins and learning from results.
- Coordinate in-store and external events, collaborations, and bridal expos.

About You

You live and breathe content, aesthetics, and storytelling. You’re across trends but know how to make them _yours_. You’re organised, confident, and ready to roll up your sleeves to make ideas happen.

**You’ll thrive here if you**:

- Have 2-3+ years’ experience in marketing, social media, or fashion/bridal.
- Are camera confident — whether behind it or in front of it.
- Have an eye for detail and a love of beautiful things.
- Are comfortable juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Understand how to translate a brand’s identity into visual and written content.
- Have experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
- Bonus: photography, videography, or basic editing skills.

**Location**: Underwood, Brisbane
**Hours**: FULL TIME (38 hours per week, flexible mix of in-store + remote)
**Pay**: NEG depending on experience
