Gym Manager – Women's Only Gym

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring female Gym Manager to lead our vibrant, women-focused fitness community. You'll oversee a small team of sales staff and personal trainers, driving results and creating an uplifting space where members thrive.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to hit sales and service targets.
  • Design and coordinate class timetables and fitness programs.
  • Grow key services including Fiit30, Reformer Pilates, and Personal Training.
  • Manage local marketing initiatives to attract and retain members.

We're seeking someone with proven management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for women's health and fitness. If you're ready to take charge, inspire others, and grow a gym that empowers women — we'd love to hear from you

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
