**Job Description**:
The subscriptions product team works across our identity, conversion and subscriptions management eco systems, to create seamless transactional experiences for our consumer and corporate subscribers to The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Australian Financial Review.
- Our customers are at the heart of the product experience - understand our customers to identify opportunities to build smoother product experiences
- End to end product management, from identifying the problem we need to solve, to working with tech teams to define requirements and deliver them
- Work with designers to manage the discovery process, identifying problems and opportunities to ensure we’re building the right thing
- Work with our technology teams through definition and delivery. Define scope and requirements to ensure we build releasable software that meets our goals
- Ensure a high level of stakeholder engagement and influence across teams to ensure product goals are being met.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a Product Management role, ideally on more complex technical products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - where you are able to communicate effectively with engineers and business stakeholders
- A demonstrable ability to simplify complexity - translating business pain points into requirements
- A deep understanding of Agile methodology and Product best practices
- The ability to synthesize customer and developer feedback into valuable product insights and actionable next steps
