This position is responsible for leading a team of skilled personnel of recycling operators.

**Your new role**
- Lead and develop the frontline recycling team responsible for counting and sorting
- Help execute the preventative maintenance plan and coordinate corrective maintenance
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and general site safety practice
- Coordinate the inward and outward flow of material
- Manage production levels in line with pre-defined KPI’s

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Desire to lead people (people management experience not essential) and develop them
- Good Communication Skills
- Commitment to safety
- A strong sense of pride and attention to detail
- Confidence to operate heavy machinery with supporting training and guidance
- Forklift licence required
- Experience with driving heavy vehicles (HR Licence)
