We are looking for someone to join our ITAD & e-waste team in Warragamba, NSW.

As part of the Freightways Ltd group of companies, SHRED-X is a fast paced and rapidly growing company providing complete Documentation, Electronic Products and Specialist Fabric Destruction and Recycling Solutions for all types of businesses.

**Role Responsibilities**:
Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to, ensuring Safety is our Top Priority

Minimum two years’ experience in managing IT equipment and troubleshooting computer hardware issues

Hardware refurbishing skills primarily PCs and laptops

Ability to setup and manage LAN

Ability to install and manage Windows and MacOS

Receive and record materials using ERP software

Data erasure software

IT parts harvesting & testing

Sorting & dismantling of e-waste for commodity types

Operate battery powered & compressed air tools

Operate mechanical lifting & loading plant as required i.e. forklift (if licensed), electric & manual pallet jacks.

Follow instructions from the ITAD Team Leader.

**To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following**:
Valid Driver's License and own reliable car preferred due to limited public transport

Previous working experience in a similar role

Great physical stamina and manual dexterity - need to be physically fit as manual handling is required

Be able to work autonomously and independently

Good organisational and time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Problem solver.
