**About the Role**
We're seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join the team in North Sydney. In this role you'll partner with C-suite leaders within their corporate support office to deliver activities that support their People and Culture People Plan. You'll be responsible for engaging with talent, managing performance, handling employee relations, and working closely with centres of excellence to shape and implement enterprise people initiatives.

**About You**

As a true HR Business Partner, you'll be customer-oriented, self-motivated, and adept at handling multiple changing priorities. You'll also be highly accountable, results-oriented, and able to gain credibility, manage stakeholders, and work with ambiguity.

This permanent part-time role requires you to work three days a week, with two days in our North Sydney office and one day from home. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and take your HR career to the next level, we want to hear from you
