We are currently seeking an ICT Technical Officer to join our ICT department on a full-time basis. This is a hands on role, and travel between McLean Farms sites may be required.

**Job Overview**

As ICT Technical Officer, you will be responsible for providing level 1 and 2 support to users at McLean Farms. You will also be involved in the testing, installation and maintenance of computers, peripherals, office equipment, software and security systems as required.

**The Opportunity**

This entry level roles reports directly to the Infrastructure Manager, you responsibilities will be wide ranging with some of the main tasks for this role being (but not limited to):

- Providing high quality 1st and 2nd level ICT support and Service Desk functions;
- Monitoring and managing ICT support requests through the Service Desk system, via telephone and personal presentation;
- Resolving and documenting ICT support requests;
- Test, install and maintain computers, peripherals, videoconferencing, office equipment, software, logs and security systems as required;
- Address issues with PC or Server network connectivity;
- Maintain and monitor backup procedures, communications and security systems;
- Maintain the ICT Asset Register;
- And much more.

**Skills and Experience**
- Working towards, or completed Bachelor of Information Technology or related experience is desired, but not essential;
- High level customer service skills with the ability to understand the stakeholders needs and manage expectations;
- Strong communication skills;
- Basic to intermediate network troubleshooting skills; and
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
