As Head of Commercial Growth, you'll lead the charge in building strong corporate relationships, elevating premium experiences, and unlocking new business opportunities that fuel the Club's future. In this pivotal role, you'll shape how the Club connects with brands, partners, and premium customers, combining strategic insight, commercial discipline, and creativity to deliver outstanding results while ensuring every partnership reflects the Adelaide Football Club's values and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Club's sales strategy across sponsorship, corporate partnerships, and hospitality.
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting, creative thinking, and strong relationship building.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and partnership servicing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Represent the Club at corporate events, networking functions, and match-day activations.

About You

You're an energetic, strategic, and relationship focused sales leader who loves to win, but understands that success comes through teamwork and trust.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience leading sales teams and delivering strong commercial growth.
  • A track record of securing high-value partnerships or corporate hospitality clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to think both strategically and creatively.
  • A genuine passion for sport, people, and community connection.
  • Experience within the AFL, sport, or entertainment industry will be highly regarded.
