***About the role**
The role provides administrative and support services to facilitate the delivery of early childhood commissioned programs in the Long Day Care Funding team, Sector Programs.
Duties of this role include:
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Data entry and data maintenance requiring familiarity and skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Facilitating team bookings
- Other administrative tasks associated with the program.
- help improve our processes by identifying new ways of doing things to support our customers

**Essential requirements of the role**
- A valid Working with Children Check for paid employment.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
