**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Skill**:

- Participate in discovery workshops with business functional users and business stakeholders to define scope and business requirements
- Define current state Business Process and identify future state process opportunities
- Do a Fit/ Gap analysis of the business requirements and propose alternative solution for the identified gaps
- Create functional solution design to address business, interface, and performance requirements
- Prepare functional documents, process flows and presentations around system design.
- Coordinate with the development team for clarification of requirements
- Perform functional validation of the implemented solution to ensure alignment to the business requirements

**Skills /Competencies**:
**a.** **Essential:

- Experience on an end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations
- Experience on preparing process flows using Visio, PowerPoint, or any other tool.
- Experience in working in Agile projects and using tools such as JIRA
- Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

**b.** **Preferred Additional Skills:

- Hands on experience on the product for configurations
- Ability to do fit gap analysis and provide Point of View on 3rd party tools from functional perspective
