**What's on offer?**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of medium density housing projects and the execution of projects sales releases.

This is an opportunity to play an essential role in ensuring project feasibility and buildability. You will work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders such as Draftspersons, Estimators, New Homes Consultants, Developers, Engineers, Building Surveyors and Councils’ planners.

Your daily duties will include:

- Coordinate, confirm and quality check job setups and product release
- Maintain release templates (contract notes, upgrade options, customer acknowledgements)
- Coordinate production of site-specific release documentation
- Produce Intent to Purchase / Pre-Works Contract for each job
- Review project drawings to ensure compliance against applicable regulators
- Obtain site works, landscaping, hoarding and water authority works quotes
- Produce cost summary and coordinate build pricing
