**The Opportunity**

As a Project Coordinator joining Medibank, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of two key projects within our Member Health area of the organisation.

Utilising your organisational and stakeholder management skills, you will be responsible for the coordination of day-to-day projects including preparing reports, workshops, stakeholder engagement, scheduling, and other project-based documentation

**This is a 12-month contract and it is a part-time role. We are looking for someone to come on for 22.5 hrs per week**.

**Your impact**:

- Work collaboratively with project stakeholders and key partners to develop project status reports with key solution areas
- Support the coordination of updates on project status for Member Health Management
- Support measurement and documentation of outcomes of initiatives
- Managing the end-to-end project delivery of smaller initiatives within the overall program scope.
- Attending and representing Medibank at regular project meetings
- Communication of project status and progress against agreed deliverables and milestones
- Track multiple projects, priorities, and resources to deliver effectively
- Manage administration of the reporting behind the project

**What do we need from you?**

You have proven experience in a project coordinator role and are familiar with project management practices.

Through your previous roles, you have gained excellent time management and organisational skills.

Stakeholder management is one of your hallmarks, you thrive in environments where you can collaborate to achieve a common goal. You also work well autonomously.

Previous Health experience or interest in the healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
