An exciting opportunity for Video Managers based in Sydney to lead Domain’s video team to deliver a best-in-class video experience for our audience. You will build Domain’s video strategy and ensure we hit video engagement, acquisition and revenue goals. You will be a motivated people-leader who has the creativity and ambition to help shape Domain’s video experience moving forward. In this role, you will be just as comfortable championing our video strategy to stakeholders as you are on the tools, shooting and directing top-tier video content. You will have your finger on the pulse in video production, editing and delivery and have a keen eye for creating beautiful, engaging and informative property content. You will support the Head of Production by working cross-functionally with the Content Marketing, Social Media and wider Marketing teams to create video experiences that leave a lasting impact on our audience.
**Who are you?**
- Work closely with the Head of Production to define the video strategy for Domain Group, including leading video planning sessions and building creative roadmaps to present cross-functionally that support core team KPIs of Audience, Revenue and Brand Engagement.
- Take a leadership role with the video team, helping to oversee the creative vision of all video produced and ensuring it adheres to Domain’s brand guidelines.
- Oversee the conceptualising, development, scripting, producing, directing and editing of video series’ for Domain Group’s website, social and app platforms.
- Ensure deep customer centricity, instilling this mindset across the video team and driving content ideas which are aligned to Domain’s audience segments across the property journey.
- Inspire and influence the Content Marketing team, by delivering proactive ideas and executing planned content series within the group content strategy.
- From ideation to execution, drive commercial video opportunities for brand partners, seamlessly integrating their products, talent and services with the Domain brand.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for the wider Group Content and Marketing teams to deliver brand-defining content series.
- Motivate the team to develop a deep understanding of the property journey and deliver video content aligned to each of Domain’s audience segments and their unique needs.
- Support the Head of Production as a strategic representative across segmentation squads, ensuring segment initiatives, goals and results are a key focus for the video team.
- Monitor video views and engagement metrics and work collaboratively with the Digital Ad Products team to ensure all video content produced drives quality outcomes.
- Contribute proactive ideas to drive innovation in the video space across our video products, external partnerships and talent suggestions.
- Partner with Creative and Brand teams to ensure all motion assets are delivered in line with existing Brand Guidelines
