- Our client is a successful Australian Furniture Brand that has the Highest Quality Furniture available all year round for Mum, Dad and the kids. They have an exciting opportunity for a Highly Motivated, Hands On Store Manager to join the team. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operation of the Chatswood Showroom. You will need to have an organised and responsible management style._

**The Role requires someone who**:

- Source and hire new staff
- Help establish team culture
- Runs Development and Training of new staff
- Ensure the store operates efficiently to achieve optimal results
- Assist with store presentation, merchandising and inventory management
- Additional adhoc tasks including assisting with moving furniture

**Skills**:

- Has prior (3-5 yrs) experience in store management
- Able to create a positive team environment
- Able to achieve and exceed KPI's
- Understands and connects with ALL stakeholders
- Strong communication, motivational and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
