The Role

As a Store Manager, you'll work closely with your Area Manager to lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering the ultimate customer experience.

You'll set the standard by leading from the front, developing your team through hands-on coaching, attracting and retaining top talent, and fostering a positive, results-driven culture.

Your responsibilities will include driving operational excellence, inspiring your team to succeed, and creating an environment where both employees and customers feel valued.

  • Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, with the ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
