**Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to**:

- Design quality learning outcomes linked to agreed deliverables and outcomes
- Develop and implement Hospitality skills training with Forbes standard and onboarding programs.
- Design and coordinate self-paced learning modules in alignment with face-to-face training relevant to Forbes service standards.
- Encourage a positive working environment

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Extensive experience in Hospitality and/or Guest Service
- Previous experience implementing and/or delivering training program is desirable
- Motivating and highly passionate in delivering guest excellence
- Passion to deliver and develop the team to success
- Good organisation and leadership skills
