About the Nurse Manager role
The Nurse Manager
- Murrumba Targan Djimbulung Service (Good Healing My People) is an advanced clinical practice registered nurse who provides operational management and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team and service. With a focus on First Nations health and wellbeing and preventative health strategies for those at risk or living with a chronic condition.
This role will work towards the priorities established under the West Moreton First Nations Health Equity Strategy 2022 - 2025 and work closely with colleagues across the health continuum to optimise resources, share innovation and ensure consistent clinical practices and cultural appropriateness of care provision across the hospital and community sectors.
**NG7**: $132,562 - $143,924 per annum
About the Team Leader role
The Team Leader for the Murrumba Targan Djimbulung Service (Good Healing my People) provides operational management and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team and the Murrumba Targan Djimbulung Service. With a focus on First Nation and non First Nations adult health and wellbeing and preventative health strategies for those at risk or living with a chronic condition.
This role will work towards the priorities established under the West Moreton First Nations Health Equity Strategy 2022 - 2025 and work closely with colleagues across the health continuum to optimise resources, share innovation and ensure consistent clinical practices and cultural appropriateness of care provision across the hospital and community sectors.
**HP5**: $140,767 - $146,883 per annum

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld) it is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
