**What you’ll be doing**:
- Lead a vibrant team of educators in delivering high-quality, play-based programs for school-aged children.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
- Develop and implement exciting activities that engage children and promote their social, emotional, and physical development.
- Communicate with families, school staff, and community members to ensure the best care for our children.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Leadership and/or experience in a childcare or out-of-school-hours care setting.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for children’s development.
- A love for working with children and a can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $27.11 - $38.24 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

- Australia (preferred)
