**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Permanent Part Time and Casual **Responsible Persons** to join our team. This role offers a fantastic work-life balance, with morning and afternoon shifts allowing you to enjoy the middle of the day to yourself.

The position is for up to **30 hours per week**, covering morning shifts from **6:30 am to 9:00 am** and afternoon shifts from **2:30 pm to 6:00 pm**. As a Responsible Person, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with the **National Quality Framework** and **My Time, Our Place** framework.
- Implement engaging, age-appropriate programs for children.
- Complete administrative and compliance-related paperwork to a high standard.
- Provide leadership and guidance to educators, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and engagement of children in care.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the wider team.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in Before and After School Care or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of the **National Quality Framework** and **My Time, Our Place** framework.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, particularly for completing paperwork and compliance tasks.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications (highly regarded).
- Working With Children Check (required).
- Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
