Do you have leadership skills and a passion for childcare? We’re looking for a **Responsible Persons** to oversee our before and after-school care programs at KT OOSH in our 2 Services in Rouse Hill.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide supervision and support to staff, creating a safe, nurturing environment for children.
- Foster collaborative relationships with families, children, and the school community.

**What You’ll Need**:

- A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
- Experience in a leadership or Responsible Person role.
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.91 - $41.83 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
