**Role Description**

The ICT Procurement and Contracts Manager will provide specialist advice and manage the procurement and contract management of IT infrastructure, on premise software, software as service and professional services. This role will manage and implement complex ICT procurement and contract management including contract negotiation, performance management, vendor relationship management, contract governance and quality assurance.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Establish and manage multiple ICT contracts simultaneously to align with departments strategic objectives.
- Deliver complex and sensitive procurement services in accordance with government procurement strategies and frameworks.
- Manage existing IT vendors, ensuring performance to contract and addressing non-performance or non-compliance issues.
- Identify and track vendor performance metrics on technical, process, and business outcomes.
- Provide advice on government-coordinated arrangements for ICT procurement and maintain the highest degree of probity and discretion in all procurement activities.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting and/or several years' experience in government contract management within an ICT environment.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the management of performance-based ICT service contracts within a large organisation.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in analysing and reviewing contract performance in accordance with contractual obligations.
